Automatic height for every day, and a Boost button for the bad spot
The X4 Boost is the Automatic X4 with a second setting. Boost is the hammer function on a drill: you do not use it on every wall, but you are glad it is there when you meet the masonry. The rest is the X4 formula, a 12-inch head with automatic electronic height adjustment, a 1300-watt motor, a 40-foot cord, a 1.4-gallon bag, a 6-foot hose and 69 dBA, in white or red. It is for the carpeted house with one room, one stair runner or one dog bed that always needs more than the rest.

- If the house has hard floors, the X4 Boost cannot run without its powerhead; an Airbelt canister with the parquet brush is the SEBO for that.

As with every SEBO upright and canister we sell, the X4 Boost carries SEBO's standard residential warranty of 7 years motor, 5 years non-wear parts and 5 years labor, and since Avon Vacuums is a SEBO Medalist dealer, buying it here and registering it with SEBO raises that to 10 years motor, 10 years non-wear parts and 7 years labor. Wear items, meaning brush rollers, belts, bags and filters, are excluded. Being well past the $75 line, it ships free to the contiguous U.S., and most orders are on their way within 2 to 3 business days. We take returns within 30 days on factory-sealed, unused machines with the buyer paying return shipping, and an opened X4 Boost with a fault goes through SEBO's warranty with our help.
Questions customers ask us
What does Boost actually do?
It is a selectable mode for stronger brush action. Use it on dense, dirty or pet-hair carpet; leave it off for the rest of the house.
Is the height still automatic with Boost on?
Yes. The electronic height adjustment works in both modes; Boost changes how hard the brush works, not where it sits.
Does it come in more colors?
White and red. The X7 Premium is the X-series machine with five color options.
Can it clean hard floors?
Not properly. The powerhead stays engaged, so it is a carpet upright. Use the hose and tools on hard surfaces or choose a canister.
